Wow: Day 1

Just to start off using Wii Fit Plus by itself wont help you reach your goal as it will take much longer. You also have to give yourself a good diet and no that doesn't mean cut your calories, unless you have a high daily calorie intake. If you do then you need to see what your calorie intake should be for your height and age, as this will give you a daily/weekly healthy diet. Along with the diet I also take daily Green T pills and use the Wii Fit Plus as my exercise regime.**Click on the read more below to read the rest of the progress.**

My overall goal is set to be accomplished in a month. My weekly plan is to loose 2.5 pounds each week. My over all monthly goal is to have lost 10 pounds.

I am not doing this just to lose the weight and get to my ideal weight for my height but also to regain my confidence and to feel good about myself again, since having my second child. Plus I want to feel healthier and have a healthier life style.

Day 1 Stats:

Weight= 135.5 (for my height of 5'3" my ideal weight is 124.5)
BMI= 24.2 (it is normal but higher up in the normal area)
Balance= almost centered but leaning more to the left (this isn't important but it is neat to watch how your balance improves in the process)

Calorie Burning Goal= 90cals. equivalent to a glass of soda (cutting back on soda and starting out slow on calorie burning)
Workout Time Goal= 30mins. (starting out slow, this is key to not over do it 30 mins is a good starting point)

I started out doing the weigh in on the Wii board with the body test. It checks your weight, bmi, balance, and you put in your information like: height, weight, and goal. It also lets you know if you goal is ideal and safe to do, as anything more then 3.8 pounds a do believe lost in a week is classified unhealthy as a goal but if done and eating healthy while doing so just be safe with your choices.

After that I than proceed to the fitness training section. I first started out in the plus area and did a light run with the dog.  This helps to get the heart rate up and is a great start to the work out. I then when in and did the hula hoops in the aerobics area. I did one round in the basic/beginner level. After that round I went to the skate board course in the extra area.

By now I was feeling a little bit in my abs and various other muscle areas. As my abs is the main part that I work at and do exercise that target that area on the Wii Fit Plus program.

Then I went back in and did another round of the beginner hula hoops. Once down with that I went into the intermediate hula hoop and let me just say at this point and this stage I started to sweat.

My slow down to relax made started with single leg extension and finally ended my routine with the jack-knife.

By this point I had reach my 90 cals. burned goal and workout time of 30mins, I knew this by the little handy cal and time bot the game gives you.

So I proceeded to go back and do the body test again. This time when you go in it checks your weight and bmi and then asks if you want to go farther (which then does balance etc.). When I re-weigh in for the end of the work out I just have my weight and bmi rechecked. And I was not surprised when my weight and bmi was still the same (but I still like to check :) ).

That was my Day 1 Wii Fit Plus Success weight loss journey. Periodically I will also do some posts on emotional check, talk about my progress, any struggles, tip of the day, words of motivation, so you have much to look forward and get into.

Stay tuned
