Day 2: A little Sore
Yesterday, Day 1, was done and over with I was not sore at all but when I woke up that was a different story. But it wasn't enough to get me to stop, as I knew I was doing something right if my muscles were feeling it. Wow: Day 1
Just to start off using Wii Fit Plus by itself wont help you reach your goal as it will take much longer. You also have to give yourself a good diet and no that doesn't mean cut your calories, unless you have a high daily calorie intake. If you do then you need to see what your calorie intake should be for your height and age, as this will give you a daily/weekly healthy diet. Along with the diet I also take daily Green T pills and use the Wii Fit Plus as my exercise regime.**Click on the read more below to read the rest of the progress.**
