Day 2: A little Sore

Yesterday, Day 1, was done and over with I was not sore at all but when I woke up that was a different story. But it wasn't enough to get me to stop, as I knew I was doing something right if my muscles were feeling it. So Day 2 started but with some new changes, as at this point I knew what my body and myself could handle. **Click on the read more below to read the rest of the progress.**

Day 2 Stats:

Weight= 135 (I lost 1/2 a pound from day 1)
BMI= 23.7 (my BMI went down .4 from day 1)
Balance= Almost centered was not leaning more one way then the other this time, which is an improvement from day 1

Calorie Burning Goal= 146cals. (started out slow on day 1 and decided to increase it) this calorie burn is equivalent to say a piece of yellow cake or so.
Workout Time Goal= 1hr (started out slow on day 1 and decided to bump it up to what I will work out from here on out)

Additions:

Added Workout-
30mins
90cals. burn workout

- With the morning work out of 1hr and 146cal burn, along with the mid after noon work out of 30mins 90cal burn (post on that work out coming soon) it will be a total of an 1hr 1/2 work out with a 236cal burn for the day. This will be the set routine for the rest of my work out goal. By breaking up the workout times it allows you to take a rest and not get burnt out.

Like usual I got into the game and did the Body test and lets just say I was pretty sore waking up but not sore enough to give up.  And to my dismay when it did the weight check and BMI I had improved in both. My weight went from 135.5 to 135, I lost half a pound this might not seem like much to some but to me any pounds lost is a reward to me and I feel good bout it. Then my BMI which read 24.2 now read 23.7, which is a major improvement into retaining that normal healthy BMI for my height which is 21.4. So its paying off slowly but it's better then nothing.

After the first weigh in I then proceeded to the My Fit Plus section and went into My Fit Plus routine tab and did the healthy tab, and tummy section. I did these three routines in this section to warm up and start out. Then I went back into the main part of the My Fit Plus section and went to My Routine, this is where you can customize a routine from yoga, strength, to mixing both. I mixed a little of both with yoga being first. I did the yoga breathing first and added all the yoga posses that help with targeting the abs and I then added some strength moves that also targeted the abs. After I was done my routine equaled out to 25mins. I then did that routine. I don't plan on doing this routine everyday, I do plan on doing it every other work out day so to allow myself to change up the routine. Don't worry Wii Fit saves your routine for you and you can come back anytime to do the routine.

From this point I went back into the My Git Plus Routine tab area and did a combo regime, which came out to 6mins.  I did the aerobics (which I'm not very good at and never pick to do on my own), and it also gave me some yoga, strength, balance, etc. as I picked areas that targeted the abs.

Then from this workout the game screen came on saying that its good to take a break between 10-15mins (when this screen comes on for you its a good idea to take 10mins or so but no more then 15mins to allow yourself to get some water and take a breath), I took a 5min break as I think next time I'll take a 10min break instead and you see why at the end of this post.

After the break I took a different twist to my workout I did some rhythm kung fu. This time instead of a basic run, I did the rhythm parade which in itself is more of a workout then just the basic run. After that I went into the Boxing (if you don't see this is just needs unlocked and it isn't hard to unlock it). Then to wind down I did the Zen game (which I do believe has to get unlocked also).

That was my morning work out. I will do my additional 30min work out around 2-3pm. With these added workout and additions, we will see the changes it will bring tomorrow.
